The liberal media has once again attacked President Trump, this time through their coverage of former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s fall and subsequent hip surgery. But Republican Rep. Michael McCaul has set the record straight, revealing the truth about what really happened.
In a recent interview, McCaul detailed how Pelosi’s fall occurred while the 84-year-old politician was in Luxembourg. According to McCaul, Pelosi was wearing her trademark high heels when she lost her footing on a marble step and fell. Despite the injury, Pelosi is expected to make a full recovery and return to the United States soon.
But the liberal media, always eager to push their anti-Trump agenda, has been quick to use this incident to criticize the president. Pelosi’s spokesperson Ian Krager even went so far as to suggest that Trump, who is only 78 years old, is too old to serve in the Oval Office.
But the truth is, while Pelosi may have suffered a fall, it is Trump who is constantly being attacked for his age and mental capacity. Just last month, Pelosi herself claimed that Trump’s “brain is deteriorating at a rapid pace” and insinuated that he may not be fit for the presidency. Yet, it seems Pelosi is the one who should be facing questions about her health and ability to serve her constituents.
And while the liberal media is eager to twist this story to attack Trump, the real issue here is the lack of proper support for our political leaders. As McCaul noted, the marble staircase in Luxembourg did not have a railing, putting Pelosi and others at risk for falls and injuries.
It’s time for the liberal media to stop using every opportunity to criticize President Trump and start focusing on the real issues at hand. It’s time for them to stop pushing their anti-Trump agenda and start reporting the facts.
The liberal media will continue to attack President Trump at every turn. But the American people are smarter than that. We see through their biased coverage and know the truth. And as Trump continues to fight for our country and make it great again, we will stand behind him and support him every step of the way.
