Jasmine Crockett’s Luxury Travel Scandal: Socialism for You, Ritz-Carlton for Me

The moment Dave Rubin’s roundtable dropped (video below)— the internet collectively said, “Yep, that tracks.” Because if there’s one thing Democrats do better than preaching socialism, it’s living like the Capitol Hill version of the Kardashians. Rubin, Emily Wilson, and Link Lauren didn’t expose anything shocking — they simply confirmed what everyone already suspected: Jasmine Crockett treats campaign funds like her personal Marriott Bonvoy Platinum card, minus the points.

A Texas Representative Who Apparently Hates Being in Texas

Let’s start with the obvious: Crockett wants to run for U.S. Senate in Texas. Lovely. Small issue, though — she apparently wants to represent a state she refuses to spend time in. Rubin’s panel laid out her travel habits like a forensic accountant with popcorn. LA. Vegas. New York. West Hollywood. Beverly Hills. Times Square. More Vegas. More LA. Back to New York. Anywhere but Dallas, Houston, Amarillo, or any location containing “TX.”

If she’s running to represent the people of Texas, she might want to meet a few of them. Preferably before the election.

The “Socialism for You, Luxury for Me” Playbook

Nothing captures modern Democrat energy like telling Americans they don’t need wealth while secretly living like billionaires with burner credit cards. Crockett has mastered it. The Rubin clip lists her campaign-funded indulgences like a Real Housewives travel itinerary:
– Over $4,000 at the Ritz-Carlton
– $5,300 at the West Hollywood Edition
– $2,300 at the Luxury Collection
– $1,100+ at the Times Square Edition
– Thousands more in Vegas
– And fancy restaurants sprinkled in like confetti

All of this on donor money — while preaching about the dangers of capitalism. Absolutely beautiful. Inspiring. A masterclass in Democrat double-speak.

Identity Politics: Her Shield, Force Field, and Customer Loyalty Program

Here’s where the story gets peak Crockett. She attacks conservative women constantly — their looks, their makeup, their hair — all while insisting criticism of her is racist, sexist, misogynistic, or some combination of the four. Rubin’s panel was blunt: Crockett hides behind identity politics so she can swing wild insults without accountability.  According to Crockett, if you’re a conservative woman, you’re fair game. But if you point out that she’s spending campaign funds like she’s auditioning for “The Real Divas of D.C.,” suddenly you’re a bigot. How convenient.

The Hair, the Dress, and the Influencer Circus

Rubin’s panel didn’t let the viral photo slide — Crockett posing with a male influencer in a dress while mocking conservative women for their looks. Then Link Lauren proceeds to compare Crockett’s hairstyle to Bib Fortuna from Star Wars. When Lauren said it, Rubin nearly had a panic attack before realizing it wasn’t actually her.  This tells you everything you need to know about the modern left: They scream about “protecting women” while building their brand around attacking them. And Crockett is one of the worst offenders.

“Working People” Don’t Vacation at the Ritz-Carlton

Democrats love saying they represent the working class. They love it almost as much as they love not living like the working class. When Emily Wilson listed off Crockett’s luxury stops, her commentary was perfect:
Democrats tell you not to be millionaires while becoming millionaires.  They attack capitalism while living like hedge fund managers. They lecture others about economic equality while they’re at a rooftop bar in Manhattan on donor money, screaming into Instagram Live.  Nothing says “I’m fighting for the little guy” like five-star resort stays and $2,000 Vegas weekends on the campaign AmEx.

The Real Scandal: Voters Aren’t Mad Enough

Wilson summed it up bluntly: “You should be so angry — and you’re not.” Exactly. The reason Democrats get away with this behavior is simple: their voters don’t care. As long as the politician checks the right identity boxes and speaks fluent outrage activism, everything else gets swept under the rug.  Meanwhile, Republicans get accused of corruption for ordering a room-temperature Diet Coke on a government tab.

Does Crockett Even Want to Be a Senator?

Her actions scream something else entirely. If you’re running for Senate, step one is usually:
Spend time in the state. Crockett’s step one seems to be: Continue her national luxury tour until fans start asking for autographs. She’s either running for Senate or running for a brand deal. And honestly? The brand deal might be the more honest career path.

Final Thoughts

The Jasmine Crockett luxury travel scandal isn’t surprising. It’s not shocking. And it won’t be the last time a Democrat gets caught living like a Gulfstream-owning casino mogul while lecturing voters about privilege and oppression.

But it is revealing.

Democrats don’t want socialism.
They want socialism for you, capitalism for them.
They want power without accountability.
They want luxury without transparency.
And they want criticism to be illegal if the person speaking doesn’t vote blue.

Crockett isn’t the exception.
She’s the blueprint.
