NFL Player Robbed at Gunpoint

The Cleveland Browns football team confirmed that a player had been robbed at gunpoint outside a night club. This happened within 24 hours of another player’s truck being stolen. Greg Newsome II, one of the players, tweeted about the robbery with a message that implies the world is cruel. He added the prayer emoji on Monday.

On Monday at around 3:30 am, Newsome (who is a cornerback) and Perrion Winfrey (who is a defensive tackle) were at the Rumor Bar and Lounge in downtown Cleveland. While they were there, six masked robbers attacked one of the players in a nearby parking lot and stole his jewelry. The robbers then fled the scene in a 2022 Ram 1500 TRX truck that belonged to one of the players. The incident was not witnessed by the other player who stayed inside the bar.

Currently, there is no one detained for the offense, and fortunately, no one sustained injuries during the occurrence. The WKYC-TV report stated that even though a GPS was utilized to trace the car, it was moving at such a high speed that law enforcement couldn’t catch it. Additionally, there don’t seem to be any security cameras directing towards the parking lot where the event took place.

Demetric Felton, the running back, reported to the police on Sunday that his 2023 Dodge Durango Hellcat had been stolen from a parking garage. The two incidents that took place were just 24 hours apart. The head coach of the team talked about the robberies on Tuesday.

“I’m glad our guys are OK,” said Kevin Stefanski to reporters. “I want all of our community to be safe. The Cleveland police have been outstanding. We want everybody to be safe, and we want to get violent people off of our streets.”

Myles Garrett, the All-Pro defensive end, expressed his gratitude to reporters that none of his teammates were harmed.

“At the end of the day, we got to do better as a community. We got to set an example, and it starts with us,” said Garrett. “And we got to go into the community and show that, you know, we’re better, we’re all better than this, and how to lead by example.”

Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.

We have all this crime because the Leftist Judges won’t punish the guilty. I am so sick of hearing about rapists, murderers, child molesters, and the rest of the criminal trash getting off the hook. If the prisons are full, haul out the worst offenders and execute them.
