Al Pacino, 83, is about to become a father for the fourth time. His girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, 29, is eight months pregnant with their first child together. The news was confirmed by Pacino’s representative to CBS News on Wednesday.
Pacino and Alfallah have been dating since April 2022, when they were first spotted together at a dinner with Jason Momoa. Alfallah is a producer who has worked on several short films and has two upcoming projects: Billy Knight, starring Pacino, Charlie Heaton and Diana Silvers; and Little Death, featuring Chase Sui Wonders, David Schwimmer and Jena Malone.
Alfallah has a master’s degree in Film/TV Producing from UCLA and was previously the vice president of Lynda Obst Productions at Sony. She also had a pod producing deal with Imagine Entertainment along with her sister Remi Alfallah. Before dating Pacino, she was romantically linked to Mick Jagger and Nicolas Berggruen.
Pacino is already a father to three grown children: Julie Marie, 33, with ex Jan Tarrant; and twins Anton and Olivia, 22, with Beverly D’Angelo. The Oscar-winning actor has said that fatherhood is “part of the gestalt” and that he likes being “responsible” to his children.
The legendary actor is known for his roles in classics such as The Godfather, Scarface, Dog Day Afternoon and Scent of a Woman. He recently starred in Martin Scorsese’s The Irishman alongside Robert De Niro, who also became a father again at 68 just recently.
While I am generally happy for people becoming parents again, because parenthood is such a wonderful thing, I can’t help but think about this child growing up without his father which is inevitably going to happen. With Pacino already at 83 years old, his time is short and this kid will spend most of his life probably never really even knowing his father outside of what he sees on tv.
