Appeals Court Upholds E Jean Carroll’s $5 Million Judgment Against President Trump – Media Ignores Evidence
The liberal media is once again spreading false information to attack President Trump. On Monday, an appeals court upheld E. Jean Carroll’s $5 million judgment against President Trump for alleged rape in the 1990’s. However, the media is conveniently ignoring the fact that Trump was not found guilty of rape by the jury.
Despite the lack of evidence, judges on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals still ruled against Trump, claiming that he did not demonstrate any errors in the court’s decision. This is just another example of the left trying to tarnish Trump’s reputation at any cost.
But the fact remains, the American people re-elected President Trump with an overwhelming mandate. This is a clear representation of the people’s trust and confidence in him. Yet, the liberal media continues to push their false narrative, trying to undermine the President.
Trump’s spokesperson Steven Cheung released a statement saying, “The American People have re-elected President Trump with an overwhelming mandate, and they demand an immediate end to the political weaponization of our justice system and a swift dismissal of all of the Witch Hunts, including the Democrat-funded Carroll Hoax, which will continue to be appealed.”
This is not the first time E. Jean Carroll has accused someone of sexual misconduct. In 2019, she claimed that President Trump raped her in a dressing room. However, the jury did not find any evidence to support her claim and instead decided that Trump only sexually abused her by “inserting fingers into her vagina.”
Despite this, the jury still awarded her $5 million in damages, causing further damage to Trump’s already damaged reputation. It’s clear that the left will stop at nothing to try and take down the President, even resorting to false accusations and disregarding evidence.
In a separate defamation case brought by E. Jean Carroll, Trump was ordered to pay $83.3 million in damages. However, it’s important to note that Trump’s efforts to assert immunity over his statements were rejected.
It’s time for the liberal media to start reporting the facts and stop trying to slander President Trump. He has been cleared of rape charges by a jury, and his attempts at immunity were denied. The American people have spoken by re-electing him, it’s time for the media to accept this and move on.

What a wild world we live in. He was found innocent by a jury but she was still able to hit his wallet. Madness.
