The Curious Case of Natalia Grace: A Child or Adult Sociopath?

Natalia Grace is a Ukrainian orphan who was adopted by an American couple, Michael and Kristine Barnett, in 2010. They believed she was six years old at the time, but soon they started to doubt her age and her intentions. They claimed that Natalia was actually an adult woman who pretended to be a child and tried to harm them and their biological sons. They also alleged that she had a form of dwarfism called spondyloepiphyseal, which made her look younger than she was.

The Barnetts decided to change Natalia’s legal age from six to 22 in 2012, based on medical tests and evaluations. They then moved to Canada in 2013, leaving Natalia alone in an apartment in Indiana. They were later charged with neglect of a dependent, but they maintained their innocence and said they were victims of a fraud.

Natalia, on the other hand, denied being an adult or a sociopath. She said she was abandoned by the Barnetts and wanted to stay with them. She also found a new adoptive family who supported her and believed she was a teenager.

The bizarre case of Natalia Grace has attracted worldwide attention and sparked many questions: Who is Natalia Grace? How old is she really? What is her motive? Is she a child or a sociopath?
