But in June 2021, the Biden administration rubber-stamped his approval, allowing him to obtain a California Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)—despite having no legal right to be in the U.S.
Last week, Singh made an insane, illegal U-turn on Florida’s Turnpike, causing a catastrophic collision that crushed a minivan, killing three people. Shockingly, bodycam footage shows Singh coldly inspecting the wreckage—showing zero remorse as victims lay dead in the mangled metal.

Thankfully, Florida’s 287(g) program allowed state troopers to issue an ICE detainer, meaning Singh will be deported after facing justice. But how many more innocent Americans must die before Biden stops handing out work permits like candy?
