Herridge Says Incidents Were Reported on American Soil

Award-winning journalist Catherine Herridge appeared on NewsNation with a report that should get the attention of anyone who cares about national security. Citing national security contacts, Herridge said multiple suspected directed energy attacks were reported in 2021 involving U.S. government personnel who were investigating directed energy weapon technology and trying to reverse-engineer a device. She said more than two dozen suspected incidents were reported inside the United States, including a significant number tied to an off-site U.S. government intelligence research facility in northern Virginia. Herridge connected the suspected incidents to what has become known as Havana Syndrome, the name given after a cluster of cases was identified in Cuba about a decade ago. These injuries have reportedly affected diplomats, spies, military operatives, and even civilians. The symptoms have been described as debilitating brain injuries, which makes this far more serious than another Washington guessing game. When government personnel are investigating weapon technology and then end up reporting brain injuries, the public deserves straight answers, not the usual fog machine from the permanent bureaucracy.

A Space Force Veteran Says He Was Targeted at Home

One Space Force veteran sat down with Herridge and said he was targeted in his own home outside Washington, D.C. He shared military medical records that reportedly documented multiple conditions, including a traumatic brain injury connected to his service. He told Herridge he believed he was attacked five times, and when asked who he thought was behind it, he said, “I believe it’s Russia.” He added that he thinks the objective is to disrupt American officials and keep them from doing their mission in military and intelligence agencies, calling it “almost a form of terrorism.” That is a serious claim, and it deserves a serious response.

Herridge Says Agencies Did Not Respond

Herridge also posted about the investigation on X, saying more than two dozen suspected directed energy attacks had been reported inside the United States, including a significant cluster at the northern Virginia facility. She wrote that multiple incidents were reported in 2021 involving U.S. government personnel investigating directed energy weapon technology, along with efforts to reverse-engineer a directed energy device. According to Herridge, the CIA, ODNI, DoW, and DHS did not respond to questions seeking comment. Well, there is a confidence builder for you. When the subject is possible attacks on American personnel, silence is not exactly a public service announcement.

Experts Warn Early Treatment Matters

NewsNation cited Dr. James Giordano, chief of the Neuroethics Studies Program at Georgetown University’s Center for Clinical Bioethics, who said early intervention is critical for people affected by these kinds of symptoms. Appearing on “Katie Pavlich Tonight,” Giordano said early intervention is essential to help mitigate the cascade of signs and symptoms that can become so debilitating. NewsNation also reported that these weapons are part of the Pentagon’s stockpile and have become increasingly compact and easier to conceal. That detail should make every lawmaker sit up straight, assuming they can look up from their fundraising calls long enough to notice.
