The dentist also indicates that it’s important to angle the brush 45 degrees towards your gum line when cleaning the outer, inner and chewing surfaces of your teeth. For those tough-to-reach front insides of your teeth, he recommends angling the brush towards the gum line as well as lubricating it with a small amount of water before brushing. Additionally, flossing at least once per day is recommended in order to remove food particles stuck between your teeth.
