Rapper Quits Show Just 39 Minutes After Beginning

Lil Wayne fans were left disappointed after the rapper abruptly ended his concert at the Wiltern in Los Angeles on Saturday night. The show was the final stop of his Welcome To Tha Carter tour, which celebrated his iconic album series.

According to reports, Lil Wayne arrived on stage more than an hour late and performed for only 30 minutes before walking off. He brought out his friend and collaborator 2 Chainz as a surprise guest and performed some of their hits together. He then introduced some of his Young Money artists, such as Lil Twist, Yaj Kader and Allan Cubas, and left them to entertain the crowd.

However, the crowd was not impressed by the new artists and showed little enthusiasm. Lil Wayne came back on stage and told Cubas to stop performing. He then addressed the crowd and said: “We appreciate it, but we ain’t about to be bending over backwards for these folks. We work too hard for this s—. We work way too hard.” He added: “This my motherf—–‘ artist Allan, that was Twist, that was Yaj. We are Young Money. We appreciate y’all time.” He then dropped the mic and exited the stage.

The crowd waited for a few minutes, hoping that Lil Wayne would return, but the house lights went up and the show was over. Many fans expressed their frustration and anger on social media, saying that they felt cheated and disrespected by Lil Wayne’s behavior. Some also pointed out that he had canceled a livestream of the show at the last minute.

Lil Wayne has not commented on the incident yet. The rapper released his latest album, I Am Music, in March this year. He also performed at a Grammy tribute event for hip-hop’s 50th anniversary in February.
